Music Information:

Our CDs are sourced from several countries including the U.S., U.K., Holland, Germany, and France. Our CDs are brand new and sealed. Keep in mind that imported CD tracks may be different from their U.S. counterparts. You can always check the track list on the detail page of any CD.

Order Processing/Shipping:

All CDs listed are in-stock and ready to ship. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. If by chance, an item is not available, you will be notified and refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Rates:

We ship only within the U.S. only which includes Puerto Rico & Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All packages are shipped through the USPS. We find them to be fast and reliable.

Shipping rates and shipping levels are listed below:

Standard Shipping:  First CD $3.49           Each Additional CD $0.75

First Class Mail:       First CD $3.99           Each Additional CD $1.00

Priority Mail:             First CD $8.49           Each Additional CD $0.50

Returning an Item

Your satisfaction guaranteed!

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped CD please notify Customer Service within 30 days, at CDRhino@mail.com and follow the Return Guideline below.

1.     Contact our customer service department to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number). We cannot accept returns without one.

2.     Tell us the reason for the return.

3.     Enclose a copy of your receipt.

4.     Ship the return to: CDRhino – 3573 San Carlos Av.- Las Vegas, NV 89115

Your Credit Card will only be charged for items that have shipped.

We are sorry but we do not accept any form of payments through the mail.
